I shot this from my office today. I framed it to leave out the ugly grass, so the picture gives the illusion of more snow than is actually here. Our septic field, for example, is clear of snow.
At the end of January, the bucks showed up to play around. It's been near freezing. The ravens (perhaps crows) are collecting sticks and grass already.
Edited to add: Also, how can this man see into my head?. He must be related to my mother.
